However, her favorite part of her past positions has always been building relationships and serving the needs of the community residents. After spending many snowy winters in the northeast, Kathy and her family relocated to Acworth in sunny Georgia. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and friends.

Rich brings a high level of customer service experience to the team. With more than 13 years working for The Ritz Carlton Hotel Company, he has been trained extensively on Client satisfaction and customer service. Add to this more than 10 years in the Real estate industry and Rich can be counted on to foster confidence and professionalism in every encounter. Rich has lived in the Woodstock area for 20 years. He and his wife, Hope, just celebrated their 20th anniversary. They have 3 great kids who attend Bascomb, E.T Booth and Etowah High School. Rich is involved with the School PTA, his daughters Dance/Ballet, and coaches the 3rd grade CYFA Etowah Eagles.

Karen is a Georgia native and 20 year resident of Cobb County. She began her career in real estate in 2009. Upon receiving her salesperson license, she quickly joined Keller Williams. After a few years of listing and selling homes in Cobb and Cherokee, Karen took a full-time position with a mortgage lender where she learned all about the lending process and discovered that she preferred to work on a team. She is an experienced transaction coordinator and enjoys assisting clients. Karen is married and has two sons and two dogs. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, reading and playing in a local competitive trivia league.

Jason Wilson as lead agent and owner for the Wilson Realty Group; coaches, trains team members, and serves clients at the highest level. Jason has served on the Agent Leadership Council (ALC) at the Woodstock market center and has been an agent in Georgia and Florida since 2006. He started in his real estate as an investor buying houses through Short Sales, then he traveled on the National Real Estate teaching circuit teaching on Short Sales. Jason Wilson is the Lead Listing Specialist for the team. He helps sellers net the most money with the least amount of hassle. He is a marketing wizard and has built a top-notch marketing plan to sell your house. On a personal note, he has three children and a lovely wife Erin who love to sing, play piano and guitar together. You can see him in local theatre productions and in performances with the Ithink Improv Troupe. Him and Erin both frequently volunteer at Elm Street Cultural Arts Village in downtown Woodstock.
